Ordering Medicinal Products
To help us ensure that you are getting the best possible care, when you place an order for any medicinal product from us you will be asked to answer a number of questions. Please answer these questions as accurately and as fully as possible. You will also be asked to confirm and agree that you have fully read and understood the product information and the guidance on the particular medicine’s use provided. It is important that you take the time to read this information and that you contact us if you have any queries. By ordering medicinal products from this website you also confirm and agree that you will not abuse or misuse any medicinal product purchased from this site.
We only sell items to consumers. You agree not to use any item purchased from this website for commercial, business or re-sale purposes.
All prices on this website are in euros and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. We try to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate but occasionally errors may occur. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. If the actual price of the item is higher than that displayed on the website at the time you placed your order, we will contact you for instructions using the information provided on your order and give you the choice of cancelling your order or paying the correct price.
In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and authorise us or our payment service provider to take payment in full for the items in your order, delivery charges and any other charges that become due to us under these terms.

We try to ensure that all information and colours are correct at the time of their publication. However, the representation of colours on your browser that you view on screen may differ from the actual colours of products supplied.
When we receive an order from you to purchase items from this website, you are making an offer to buy goods. This order will not be binding until we send you an email confirming that we have dispatched the ordered items to you or you receive the items, whichever happens first. Our professional codes of conduct and legal restrictions may limit the number of any item we are permitted to supply to you and, as such, we have no obligation to supply quantities exceeding the relevant permitted maximum and will charge only for those we do supply. If any ordered item is out of stock, we will send you an email notifying you of this fact and will refund the cost of the item. We reserve the right to reject any order.
Delivery costs will be added to the cost of your order. The cost of delivery will depend on the total cost of your ordered items and will automatically be added to the “Item Summary” section of the Payment Details page prior to you completing your order.

Business Days are Monday - Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Orders placed on Friday before 1pm should arrive the following Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday). All orders received after 1pm or on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following Business Day.
We aim to despatch orders within 4 days of confirming your order. If your order is delayed by more than 7 days we will give you the option to cancel your order.
Delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. We cannot give any guarantees as to the precise timing of a delivery. We do not take responsibility for delays once the products have been dispatched from our warehouse. All orders from this website are traceable and require a signature upon delivery.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct (including postcode) before paying for your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we have no responsibility for any loss or damage arising as a result of the late delivery or non-delivery of products. No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.
You should check the content of each delivery promptly upon receipt. If you believe that items have been sent to you in error, you should contact us immediately.
Right to Cancel
If you are not happy with an item, please let us know within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel the ordered item. You can let us know by either (i) returning the items with the returns form within the 14 day period or by contacting us within the 14 day period:

Once you cancel your order within 14 days following the date of receipt of your order and we receive your returned item within 14 days of your notification of cancellation we are happy to provide a refund provided the products are unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
Items must be returned in the condition you received them. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on certain medical or personal care items that have been opened or any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken (unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty).
How to Return Items
You can return your items either by post or in person to a LloydsPharmacy Store convenient to you. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of you notifying us that you wish to return your items.
To return the items in store, you will need a copy of your order confirmation.
To return items by post, please repackage them carefully and send them back to the LloydsPharmcy named on the retun label which is enclosed with your items.
Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned items. Refunds are credited to the original card you paid with and will take 10-14 Business Days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider.
We will refund any standard postage paid on orders returned in full. Unfortunately, we do not refund postage on returns of part-orders. If you do not receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have paid for your order by PayPal, you can only return your order by post. PayPal orders cannot be returned to store.
In the unfortunate event that any item that we have supplied is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item. We will require details of the damage or fault and also the order reference number relating to the item. If you contact us within 30 days and supply the requisite information, we will either refund the cost of the item (including any delivery charges incurred) or replace or repair the item free of charge. This does not apply to items that have failed due to wear and tear. You may have additional manufacturers’ warranties with some products, such as electrical items, giving you additional rights and you should check these carefully.
A notification of damaged or faulty products after 30 days from the date of delivery will be considered on a case by case basis. A full refund or replacement is not guaranteed after the expiry of the 30 day period. Any goods notified to us as being damaged or faulty after 6 months from the date of delivery will not be refunded or replaced.
Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfil an order that we are legally bound to fulfil will be limited to the price paid by you for that order. Any typographical or other error on this website is subject to correction without any liability on our part. Any advice or recommendation given on this website or otherwise given to you by us, or any of our employees or agents, is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk and we are not liable for such advice or recommendation.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Sale excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that may not be excluded or limited by Irish law.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and waste batteries should not be placed in your waste disposal or recycling bins. WEEE is taken back free of charge at electrical retail outlets on a one-for-one like-for-like basis. If you have purchased an electrical item from this website and would like to return the old electrical item that it is replacing, please bring your old electrical item, together with proof of purchase of your new item to any LloydsPharmacy store and we will recycle it for you. There is also a bin for small batteries in each LloydsPharmacy store. Local authority civic amenity facilities also take back WEEE and waste batteries free of charge. WEEE and waste battery recycling is free.
Not all products are suitable for all medical ailments and, occasionally, their use may interfere with any treatment you are receiving or aggravate an existing condition. You should check with your GP before using any medical product. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY SERIOUSLY DAMAGE YOUR HEATH.
We currently offer two different types of gift certificates: 1) Gift Vouchers and 2) E-Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are a paper certificate delivered to the address you specify at the time of order. Gift Vouchers ordered through this website may be redeemed, in full or part payment of products on this website or in any LloydsPharmacy store in Ireland. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to redeem our Gift Vouchers in LloydsPharmacy stores in Northern Ireland or on any other LloydsPharmacy website.
When you order a Gift Voucher, please ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher.
Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue.
Only one Gift Voucher may be used per transaction. Where a Gift Voucher is used the transaction value will be deducted and a new Gift Voucher to the value of the balance will be issued by post (if ordering products online) or in the store where the Gift Voucher is being part-redeemed. Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for goods of a higher value with the difference paid by cash (in store), card (in store or on this website) or Paypal (website only).
E-Vouchers are a paperless, electronic voucher only redeemable on this website. They will be delivered to the email address you specify at the time of order.
E-Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue.
Only one E-Voucher may be used per transaction. Where an E-Voucher is used the transaction value will be deducted and a new E-Voucher to the value of the balance will be sent to the email address provided at the time the items are purchased using the E-Voucher. E-Vouchers may be exchanged for goods of a higher value with the difference paid using a card or through Paypal.
