How long does delivery take?

At the moment we are experiencing delays on our home delivery service do to extra demand.

We offer delivery within 10 working days.

Can I make changes to a submitted order?
We will do our very best to assist you to cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch without charge. Simply contact us on 1890 130018 (LoCall Number) or 053 9489655 Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm. Please have your order reference number to hand when you call or quote this number in your email.
We are sorry but once an order has been dispatched it is not possible to cancel or change it. We will do our best to assist you through our returns process.
Do you deliver to my area?

We currently offer delivery to all counties in the Republic of Ireland.

How much is the delivery fee?

We offer free delivery on all orders €40 or over in value. There is a charge of €4.99 on any order under €40.

Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?

Either you or someone over the age of 18 must be present to accept delivery of your online order.  If you are not at home when our courier arrives, our courier will leave a card with the details of how to contact their depot.  You can then arrange an alternative delivery time or collect your order from their depot if this is more convenient for you.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We will always endeavor to have the items you require in stock. In the event of any items being out of stock; a member of the LloydsPharmacy Online Team will contact you with the details allowing you the opportunity to advise us how best to proceed.

Do you deliver to businesses?

Yes, simply provide your address and contact details.

At LloydsPharmacy we are proud to offer all our customers a no quibble refund policy and wish to resolve any issues you may have promptly for you.
